Situated in Strathmore, the original part of this 1930s home had a large extension added to the rear of the house.  This involved removing the old concrete garage to make way for the extension.

The re-build was in keeping with the era of the home, including Matai flooring, large skirting and architraves, new panel doors and all new double glazed timber windows and doors.
